Dilemma #1

I went shopping the other day at Alamanda with the intention of buying a new pair of jeans. When I stopped by Goggle, there was one that catches my eyes. It was a gray wash out jeans with neat brick red seam along both sides. The back pockets seem proportionally sized and spaced with a complimenting ‘Goggle’ stitches. It’s literally love at first sight!

You know for one thing I am not the fussy-girl type when it comes to fashion. I’d simply move on when the one I wanted isn’t available. But at that time it was totally unusual. I have this urge of wanting to own this pair of jeans as if the jeans was screaming to me, “Own me and you will feel the heavenly bliss that you never felt before”. At that instance I made up my mind. Since the price was also within my budget limit, I don’t see why I shouldn’t get one. So I check with the sales girl, but I was disappointed to find out that design were out of stock; the only sizes left were 26 and 27. “Hey, never mind”, I thought. There are other Goggle stores that sold them; I just need little more effort to look for them.

And so I embark on a quest to search for that SACRED pair of jeans at Jusco Cheras Selatan and The Mines but with no prevail. They don’t have it, none of them; I mean NONE of them have it. The frustration I felt was out of this world; it’s as if someone out there from the CIA or FBI is on conspiracy to hide that pair of jeans from me. Urggghh!!

I know the only alternative left is Midvalley; the last place on my search list, but getting there is an adventure I’d like to steer clear from. Either by komuter or my car, I just hate it. The crowd and the traffic are just beyond reasonable. So, I only have this to say:

Damn you Goggle for making my life miserable!

Dilemma #2

I am a big BIG fan of Paramore and Adam Lambert. Their music inspires me in a lot of ways. I even have all their tracks in my precious E71 that I can listen to whenever and wherever. And guess what? Both of them are coming here this month! Adam’s Glamnation Tour is on the 14th and Paramore on the 19th. I know for sure it’s going to be huge.

Then I have these delicate imaginary psychological issues with crowds. I don’t know why but I just can’t stand being surrounded by too many people. Pasar malam and uptowns are among the worst. Not that I never go to such places, it’s just that for me it is more energy-consuming than any other average people and I can get tired easily, because I find it hard for me to concentrate, think and act at the same time with all these motions and rackets going around. Sometimes my mind can go into a total black out and I’ll stand in the crowd not knowing what to do and where to go. The best part is when my migraine kicks in and I have to use every single fibre in my body to stay calm and nice when in fact I’m just all grumpy so that I won’t ruin everyone’s mood. *sigh*

So, the problem now - I want to watch their concerts but I can’t stand being in a crowd. Thinking that I would spent hundreds of ringgits just to have total mind black out and migraine just doesn’t seem right. So, I only have this to say:

Damn you Adam! Damn you Paramore! You guys are in Malaysia and I can’t be there. Thanks a lot!

For everything that happens to me, I blame it all on October!

Damn you Mr October!

Why do you have to be such a pain in the ass?!!

But then again I'm sorry Mr October.

I know I was born in October but why are you making it so hard for me?

I guess I have no one else to blame but me.

*sigh*
